    Just waited over ten minutes to be served 2 McFlurry's at Ollerton , no one at tills , staff messing around in kitchen area and running around in disorganised chaos.
    Not even busy , I think further training is required.
    Not helped by a having massive wall behind counter so staff can't see anyone waiting to be served.
    Worst service ever , not impressed.

    Disgustingly dirty food all over floor tables clearly not clean. Bins over flowing. If you are going to have locations open over 24 hours then you need to provide the staff to provide a clean environment

    Good McDonalds but I would not recommend for people which want a relaxing meal. Often i have been disturbed by children which is horrible but not McDonalds fault so as for service and speed it is very good but the atmosphere lets it down
